Led by CEO Tabatha Erck, Zipari offers CX software for insurers and TPAs, serving over 30 million members.

This acquisition strengthens mPulse’s position in healthcare innovation by enhancing its scale and profitability with Zipari’s engagement solutions.

mPulse, led by CEO Bob Farrell, integrates AI analytics, omnichannel outreach, and digital navigation, partnering with over 400 healthcare organizations, including 29 of the largest 30 health plans in the U.S.
