LiquidStack, based in Carrollton, TX, raised $20M in Series B funding for its liquid cooling technology.

The round was led by Tiger Global. The funds will be used to expand manufacturing, scale product roadmaps, and broaden R&D and commercial operations.

CEO Joe Capes stated that LiquidStack's liquid cooling solutions support scalable, environmentally safe data centers. The company's products include direct-to-chip CDUs, DataTank™, EdgeTank™, and more.

LiquidStack aims to advance real-time computing and communications while supporting a sustainable planet.
