Gruve, a Redwood City, CA-based AI startup, has acquired NetServ, a cloud services provider from Pune, India.

The deal, led by Gruve CEO Tarun Raisoni, will augment Gruve's AI-driven enterprise services.

The acquisition expands Gruve’s offerings, including Co-Pilot in Enterprise and Workload Migration.

NetServ, under CEO Jay Kulkarni, excels in Network Automation and Cloud Operations, enhancing Gruve's digital transformation capabilities.

This move positions Gruve to better serve businesses seeking advanced AI and cloud solutions, maintaining strong security frameworks and governance.
