Zeta Labs secures $2.9M pre-seed funding

San Francisco-based Zeta Labs, an AI research and product company, raised $2.9M in Pre-Seed funding.

The funding round was led by Daniel Gross, former head of AI at Y Combinator, and Nat Friedman, former GitHub CEO, with contributions from Earlybird VC, Kaya VC, AI Grant, Shawn Wang, Bartek Pucek, and Mati Staniszewski.

Zeta Labs plans to utilize the funds to expand its engineering team, host training models, and enhance infrastructure to improve speed and reliability.

Founded in 2024 by Fryderyk Wiatrowski and Peter Albert, Zeta Labs has developed JACE, an AI agent that mimics human browser actions for tasks ranging from making reservations to managing recruitment pipelines.
