Zencity bags $40M in Series C funding
Zencity, a community engagement platform from NYC and Tel Aviv, raised $40M in Series C funding.
Led by StepStone Group with participation from TLV Partners, the funding increases Zencity's total capital to $91 million.
The funds will enhance Zencity's AI capabilities, support key hires, and improve customer service for its global local government partners.
Zencity, led by CEO Eyal Feder-Levy, serves over 300 government agencies globally, helping them build community trust with advanced analytics and input tools.
Additionally, Zencity launched its AI Assistant to streamline community input analysis, currently in closed beta with a general release expected this summer.
