Vantage Data Centers, a Denver-based hyperscale data center provider, secured $9.2B in equity funding.

DigitalBridge Group and Silver Lake led the round, with additional participation from global investors. This funding supplements a €1.5B investment from Australian Super.

The capital will accelerate Vantage's growth in North America and EMEA, enhancing capabilities to meet cloud and AI demand.

Led by CEO Sureel Choksi, Vantage operates 34 data center campuses across five continents, renowned for reliability and sustainability.

Choksi stated, “This new funding is a game changer, positioning Vantage to capitalize on the incredible AI and cloud opportunity in front of us.”
