Ujet secures $76M in Series D funding

San Francisco-based Ujet, an AI-powered cloud contact center provider, secured a total of $76M in Series D funding.

Sapphire Ventures led the round, with KeyCorp, IonPacific, GV, Kleiner Perkins, Citi Ventures, DCM, and Ericsson Ventures also participating.

The funds will fuel Ujet’s AI-driven customer experience orchestration, enhancing its CCaaS, WFM, and analytics capabilities at enterprise scale.

Ujet aims to embed AI across customer interactions, driving efficiency and actionable insights. The company, noted for its secure and scalable cloud-native architecture, fosters better decision-making and accelerated business growth.

As part of its growth strategy, Vasili Triant has been promoted to Co-CEO, with founder Anand Janefalkar focusing on scaling Product and Engineering.
