Thoughtworks, a global tech consultancy, has acquired San Francisco-based Watchful's AI assets and team.

The acquisition includes seven AI experts, boosting Thoughtworks’ capabilities in AI and data solutions.

With this move, Thoughtworks aims to expedite AI deployment and enhance service offerings, strengthening its global market position.

Watchful’s existing clients will continue to receive support during the transition.
