Testsigma, a San Francisco-based provider of AI-powered, low-code test automation, raised $8.2M in funding.

The round was led by MassMutual Ventures, with previous investors Accel, STRIVE, and BoldCap also participating.

Funds will be used to expand operations and enhance product development, particularly leveraging Generative AI capabilities.

Testsigma, led by Founder and CEO Rukmangada Kandyala, aims to simplify test automation for quality engineering teams using plain English through its GenAI-powered platform.

Kandyala noted, "We are investing heavily in GenAI, getting closer to our vision of building the operating system for quality engineering teams."
