TeamSystem, a Pesaro, Italy-based tech firm, acquired Spain-based ERP provider Distrito K.

This acquisition, part of over €180M TeamSystem investments in Spain since 2021, aims to broaden software solutions for SMEs and professionals.

The deal bolsters TeamSystem's position in the Spanish market, enhancing its presence and entering the mid-market segment.

Distrito K serves 3,600 SMEs with its customizable ERP software, equipped for mobile and eCommerce compatibility.

Led by CEO Federico Leproux, TeamSystem focuses on the digital transformation of the entire supply chain with AI-based solutions.
