Sprinto, a San Francisco-based automated risk and compliance platform provider, raised $20M in Series B funding.

Accel led the round with participation from Elevation Capital and Blume Ventures. This latest funding brings Sprinto’s total to $31.8M to date.

The new capital will be allocated to R&D focusing on intelligent automation and AI, as well as expanding market reach.

Founded in 2020 by Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto offers a platform that uses AI to integrate workflows, enhancing security and compliance operations.

Supporting frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, Sprinto serves thousands of customers across 75+ countries.
