This strategic acquisition, finalized in July 2024, will bolster ServiceNow's GenAI-powered search and knowledge management capabilities.

With Raytion's technology, ServiceNow aims to enhance its AI Search feature, enabling users to efficiently locate information across various enterprise knowledge repositories.

Founded by Valentin Richter, Raytion has implemented large-scale business solutions for Global 500 companies since 2001, enhancing data integration across enterprises.
