Scurri, a Wexford-based delivery management platform, has acquired HelloDone, a London-based AI conversational platform for retailers. The deal amount remains undisclosed.

HelloDone, led by CEO Ed Hodges, allows online retailers to automate post-purchase conversations via platforms like WhatsApp and Messenger, reducing customer service costs and boosting customer engagement.

Scurri, under Founder and CEO Rory O’Connor, aims to enhance its ecommerce delivery and post-purchase capabilities with this acquisition. The company has raised €15.3M to date, accelerating growth in European markets.

Scurri's platform manages over 100 million parcel deliveries annually and partners with major carriers like UPS and Royal Mail, serving clients such as Everything 5 Pounds and Vision Direct.
