Scaler, a NYC and Amsterdam-based platform specializing in decarbonising real estate, secured $10M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Plural, with participation from Base10. Funds will be used for product development, team expansion, and market growth beyond Europe.

With these new resources, Scaler aims to strengthen its machine learning and ESG monitoring tools and expand its footprint globally.

Founded by Zlatan Menkovic and Luc van de Boom, Scaler supports real estate investors and managers in reducing industry carbon footprints, with clients managing over $350 billion in assets across Europe and the US.
