Sagetap, a San Francisco-based AI-driven marketplace for SaaS buyers and sellers, has secured $6.8M in funding.

The round was backed by NFX, Uncorrelated Ventures, Emergent Ventures, and 15 active customers. The funds will be used to expand the network of tech executives and enhance product recommendation and decision-support tools.

Sagetap aims to further develop its AI-driven platform to help tech executives find and adopt optimal software solutions. Co-founder Sahil Khanna highlighted, "We have the first online platform that helps tech buyers anonymously discover and meet with B2B SaaS startups solving their biggest problems."

Founded in 2019 by Sahil Khanna and Kevin Hughes, Sagetap connects tech executives from companies like Nvidia, JP Morgan Chase, and AirBnB with software vendors. The company is cash-flow positive and has tripled its revenue year-over-year.
