RunPod secures $20M in seed funding
RunPod, based in Mount Laurel, NJ, raised $20M in Seed funding for its AI application deployment platform.
The round was led by Intel Capital and Dell Technologies Capital, with contributions from Julien Chaummond, Nat Friedman, and Adam Lewis. Mark Rostick from Intel Capital will join the board.
The funds will be used to expand operations and development efforts, advancing RunPod's distributed GPU cloud services.
CEO Zhen Lu highlighted the company’s growth and ability to balance developer freedom with necessary infrastructure and tools.
RunPod offers services that enable developers to deploy AI applications globally and at scale, using GPU Instances and Serverless GPUs.
