Rich Data Co, a Sydney-based AI decisioning company, raised $9M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Acorn Capital, following an initial close of $28M in November with investments from Westpac and nCino, bringing total funding to $37M.

Rich Data Co will use the funds to accelerate North American expansion and strengthen its position in the global banking sector.

Led by CEO Ada Guan, the company leverages AI to enhance transparency and accountability in business and commercial lending decisions.
