Pylon Secures $17M Series A for Expansion
Pylon, a San Francisco-based provider of a B2B support platform, raised $17M in Series A funding.
Andreessen Horowitz led the round, joined by General Catalyst, Y Combinator, among others. Jennifer Li has joined the board.
The funds will be used for expanding operations and development efforts.
Led by Marty Kausas, Pylon offers features such as a ticketing system, omnichannel integrations, AI support bot, and more.
