Parloa, a Berlin-based AI startup, raised $66M in Series B funding for their AI customer service platform.

The round was led by Altimeter Capital, with participation from EQT Ventures, Newion, Senovo, Mosaic Ventures, and La Famiglia Growth.

Funds will drive product innovation and expansion, especially in the US market.

Founded in 2018 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Oswald, Parloa enhances customer service in industries like insurance, e-commerce, and utilities with AI-powered automation.
