Pactio, a tech-driven investment workflow startup, raised $25M in funding led by EQT Ventures.

The round saw participation from notable investors like Matt Henderson, Tom Greenwood, Tom Blomfield, Matt Robinson, Charles Delingpole, Jim Freis, Charlie Songhurst, Weiheng Zhang, and Entrepreneur First.

Pactio will utilize the funds to extend its digital architecture across the entire investment lifecycle and enhance its AI capabilities.

By integrating advanced technology into deal creation and closing workflows, Pactio aims to address complexity, de-risk workflows, and establish digital foundations in private capital flows.

CEO Eric Heimark emphasized the need for digital transformation to improve work quality and reduce risks in private markets.
