This latest round was led by March Capital, with contributions from National Grid Partners and existing investors like Slaughter and May.
Funds will be used to expand into new markets and bolster operations in the United States.
Led by CEO Eleanor Lightbody, Luminance's proprietary AI technology enhances legal document management for over 600 clients in 70 countries.
