Oriole Networks, a London-based startup using light to train AI models, raised £10M in Seed funding. The round was led by UCL Technology Fund, Clean Growth Fund, XTX Ventures, and Dorilton Ventures, with support from Innovate UK Investor Partnership.

The funding will enable Oriole Networks to enhance AI performance and drive adoption of its light-based AI training technology. The company aims to leverage photonics to accelerate and scale machine learning models more efficiently.
