Logpoint, a Copenhagen-based SIEM vendor, has acquired cybersecurity company Muninn. The deal amount remains undisclosed.

This acquisition will augment Logpoint’s cybersecurity platform with Muninn’s AI-driven network detection and response (NDR) capabilities.

The integration enhances Logpoint’s Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (TDIR) offerings, benefiting organizations and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).

CEO Andreas Wehowsky of Muninn and CEO Mikkel Drucker of Logpoint will spearhead the initiative to strengthen real-time threat prevention.
