Liquid Instruments secures $12M to expand operations
Liquid Instruments, a San Diego and Canberra-based test instrumentation company, secured $12M in funding.
The round was led by Breakthrough Victoria with contributions from Lockheed Martin Ventures, Acorn Capital, and Powerhouse Ventures.
This investment will enhance product development, expand manufacturing in Australia, and establish a Melbourne office.
Founded in 2014 by CEO Daniel Shaddock, Liquid Instruments uses its Moku platform to integrate various test instruments using FPGA technology.
The company plans to hire in Melbourne for roles in AI, machine learning, and advanced manufacturing.
