Linked Eats, based in Los Angeles, CA, has acquired Sauce Technologies, a digital-ordering AI solutions provider. The deal amount remains undisclosed.

The acquisition will integrate Sauce's advanced marketing and demand forecasting features into Linked Eats' platform, enhancing its third-party delivery revenue management software.

Sauce, founded by MIT grads Colin Webb and Nenye Anagbogu, previously raised $3.6M from Harlem Capital, Red Sea Ventures, Global Founders Capital, and Rackhouse Ventures.

Led by Chairman Robbie Earl, Linked Eats serves 4,000 restaurants across 30 enterprise brands, offering AI-powered tools for operations, marketing, and pricing.
