Level AI, based in Mountain View, CA, has raised $39.4M in Series C funding in the customer experience intelligence industry.

The funding round was led by Adams Street Partners, with participation from Cross Creek, Brightloop, CX leaders, and existing investors Battery Ventures and Eniac Ventures.

The funds will be used to accelerate growth, enhance product development, and recruit talent in engineering and R&D.
