LeadDesk, a Helsinki-based provider of AI-enabled cloud contact center software, has acquired Telemagic for NOK 10.8M with a potential NOK 2M earnout.

The acquisition, financed by an EUR 1.2M loan, is aligned with LeadDesk's aim to bolster its European presence and integrate synergies between the two companies.

Telemagic, an Arendal-based CCaaS provider, enhances LeadDesk's offerings with its robust communication solutions for SMEs, including SMS, email, and chat functionalities.

In 2023, LeadDesk reported EUR 29.4M in revenue, mostly from international markets. Telemagic's 2023 net sales were NOK 13.4M. This strategic acquisition supports LeadDesk's growth trajectory.
