Kronologic, an Austin-based AI sales platform, has been acquired by the private equity arm of East11 Ventures. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2018 by CEO Ben Parker, Kronologic connects companies with customers at speed, scale, and precision through its AI-powered enterprise software.

This strategic move positions Kronologic to accelerate its expansion and enhance its product offerings in the B2B customer engagement space.
