The financing round was led by Sovereign's Capital, with participation from Studio VC and private investors.

The funds will be utilized to expand Knownwell's development team and enhance product capabilities.

Founded by CEO David DeWolf, Knownwell transforms natural communications, enterprise data, and public information into actionable intelligence for mid-market professional services companies.

This new capital follows a $2M pre-seed round announced in January.
