The funding round was led by Hamilton Ventures, with participation from various commercial real estate owners and operators.

Inhabitr plans to utilize the funding to expand its B2B services in hospitality, multifamily, and student housing, and extend its market reach into the Middle East and UK.

Founded by CEO Ankur Agrawal, Inhabitr leverages AI and a vast supplier network to offer comprehensive design, procurement, installation, and financing solutions.
