Kao Data, a specialist in developing data centres in London, has secured an investment from Infratil and Legal & General Capital. While the investment sum remains undisclosed, the deal has resulted in Infratil assuming a 53% majority share and Legal & General Capital acquiring a 32% stake. This capital injection is poised to fuel Kao Data's growth in serving the enterprise, cloud, HPC, and AI sectors.
