IBM Strengthens AWS Collaboration for Enhanced Generative AI Solutions

IBM is set to intensify its alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS), with plans to fortify the emerging field of generative AI. Key drivers include the operationalization and value extraction from this cutting-edge technology.

The expanded collaboration will see IBM Consulting equipping 10,000 experts with generative AI skills on AWS by 2024. This initiative underscores the companies' commitment to empowering clients by integrating AI seamlessly into their business workflows on AWS.

Upgraded services such as Contact Center Modernization with Amazon Connect and Platform Services on AWS will infuse generative AI to amplify client engagement and optimize cloud operations. Moreover, Supply Chain Ensemble on AWS is expected to launch a virtual assistant that revolutionizes supply chain management. IBM's proprietary IBM Consulting Cloud Accelerator will incorporate AWS's generative AI, accelerating modernization efforts.

"Enterprise clients are looking for expert help to build a strategy and develop generative AI use cases that can drive business value and transformation," highlighted Manish Goyal, IBM Consulting’s senior partner. Their refined suite of solutions aims to scale AI applications efficiently, keeping in stride with clients' ethical and security standards.
