Hoop, an NYC-based AI task management startup, secured $5M in Seed funding.

Leading the round was Index Ventures, joined by Origin Ventures, Divergent Capital, Chingona Ventures, and notable individuals including Wade Foster, Job van der Voort, Andy Dunn, Annie Duke, Maria Katris, Maggie Adhami-Boynton, Jay Simons, and Sean Harper.

The capital will bolster Hoop's AI capabilities, enhance platform integrations, and develop collaborative features.

Founded by Stella Garber, Brian Schmidt, and Justin Gallagher, Hoop's platform auto-updates to-do lists by capturing tasks from tools like Slack and Zoom.
