Hadrian, an advanced manufacturing company based in Torrance, CA, has acquired Datum Source, a Newport Beach-based procurement management SaaS provider.

Datum Source, founded by SpaceX veterans Rob Pakalski, Thomas Cobbs, and Ryan Nagle, offers part-sourcing services and procure-to-pay software to enhance supply chain efficiency.

The acquisition aligns with Hadrian's mission to scale U.S. industrial manufacturing by incorporating AI, machine learning, and robotics to expedite production of critical components for aerospace and defense sectors.

Hadrian aims to halve production costs and speed up part delivery, bolstering the American industrial base. The deal closed on July 8.
