Greenboard, a NYC-based compliance and operations software company for financial services, has raised $4.5M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Base 10 Partners, with notable participation from Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Wayfinder Ventures, and others. The funds will accelerate the development of Greenboard’s AI-powered compliance platform.

Greenboard aims to enhance financial institutions' compliance programs by automating back office processes. CEO Dave Feldman stated, “This fundraise, along with our partnership with Base10, will help us enable financial institutions to operate their back office teams at a higher standard, with half of the headcount. We're starting with compliance, where we see incredible need from an underserved set of users.”

Founded by Dave Feldman and CTO Ed Schembor, Greenboard focuses on automating KYE and communications archiving, leveraging AI to bolster efficiency and compliance in the financial sector.
