Gorgias secures $29M in new funding round
Gorgias, a San Francisco-based CX platform, raised $29M in funding.
The funding round was led by SaaStr and Alven, with participation from Horsley Bridge, Amplify, Shopify, Sapphire, CRV, and Transpose Platform.
Gorgias plans to expand their suite of AI tools, including Automate, to help e-commerce brands automate customer support.
Founded in 2015 by Romain Lapeyre and Alex Plugaru, Gorgias integrates AI-powered customer support and marketing automation for ecommerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce.
The company now employs 300 people across 16 countries, serving over 15,000 global brands.
