Expedera, a Santa Clara-based AI semiconductor IP company, raised $20M in Series B funding.

Indie Semiconductor led the round with participation from other investors. The funds will be used to advance Expedera's NPU products and expand its global engineering footprint.

With over $47M raised to date, Expedera aims to enhance its scalable NPU solutions, which are deployed in over 10 million consumer devices, spanning various applications from smartphones to automotive.

Led by CEO Da Chuang, Expedera’s platform features a TVM-based software stack supporting trained networks and multi-job APIs, with engineering centers in the UK, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore.
