Exiger, a Washington, DC-based AI-driven supply chain and third-party risk management firm, has acquired logistics intelligence platform XSB.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition integrates XSB's purchasing, design, and sustainment intelligence with Exiger's AI technology, offering a comprehensive solution for logistics, PEO, and acquisition sectors.

Founded by Rupert Hopkins, XSB provides AI-based applications to convert unstructured data into actionable insights. Its extensive data catalog supports government agencies and the Defense Industrial Base.

Exiger, led by President Carrie Wibben, serves global clients in ESG, cyber, financial crime, third-party, and supply chain management, including 150 Fortune 500 companies and over 55 government and defense organizations.
