Entalpic, a Paris-based startup in the chemical industry, has raised €8.5M in Seed funding.

The funding round was led by Breega, Cathay Innovation, and Felicis, with participation from notable figures including Jörg Weiser, Gilles Wainrib, Thomas Wolfe, Arnaud Robert, Michal Valko, and Yoshua Bengio.

Entalpic will utilize the funds to expand its operations and development efforts, aiming for global growth.

Specializing in generative AI for materials discovery, Entalpic's technology focuses on designing catalysts to optimize chemical processes, contributing to industrial decarbonization. The company uses a blend of open and proprietary research to achieve its goals.
