Dot Compliance bags $17.5M in Series B extension

Dot Compliance, based in Phoenix, AZ, raised $17.5M in Series B funding in the AI-enabled QMS sector.

IGP Capital and Vertex Ventures led the round, with participation from TPY Capital. The total investment in the company now stands at $50M.

The funds will be used to accelerate AI software solutions, drive product innovation, and enhance customer acquisition to meet the increasing demand for AI-driven compliance solutions in the life sciences industry.

Dot Compliance, led by CEO Doron Sitbon, offers a pre-configured quality management system on the Salesforce.com platform. The solutions are fully compliant with key industry standards and used by both large and small life sciences companies.

Sitbon commented, "This funding will allow us to accelerate our momentum and double down on our AI solution, transforming Dot Compliance into a data company creating a new category of AI-driven compliance."
