Datamatics, a Mumbai-based digital technologies and operations firm, has acquired Dextara Digital, a Salesforce services provider.

The financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed. This move allows Datamatics to deepen its capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, reinforcing its standing as a leading Digital Technologies provider.

Founded by Sreekanth Lapala, Dextara Digital is a prominent Salesforce Summit Consulting and ISV partner, boasting over 250 Salesforce certifications. The company has successfully executed over 600 Salesforce projects for more than 150 global clients, incorporating products like Einstein/AI and several specialized clouds.

Datamatics, under the leadership of CEO Rahul Kanodia, aims to leverage Dextara's expertise to enhance its digital transformation solutions, particularly in intelligent document processing, robotic process automation, and AI/ML technologies.

Offering services across various sectors such as banking, healthcare, and manufacturing, Datamatics is set to strengthen its market position with this acquisition, tapping into new opportunities within the Salesforce domain.
