Cyera secures $300M Series C at $1.4B valuation

Cyera, a NYC-based data security firm, raised $300M in Series C funding at a $1.4B valuation.

Coatue led the round, with new investors Spark Capital, Georgian, and AT&T Ventures, and all existing investors Sequoia, Accel, Redpoint, and Cyberstarts participating.

The startup plans to use the funds to expand operations and business reach.

Founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev (CEO) and Tamar Bar-Ilan (CTO), Cyera provides a data security OS leveraging AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to protect data across various environments.

With $460M total funding to date, Cyera also appointed Jason Clark as Chief Strategy Officer.
