ConverseNow, an Austin-based voice AI tech platform, acquired Valiant AI, a Denver provider of drive-thru automation.

The undisclosed deal aims to enhance ConverseNow's growth in the drive-thru segment, aligning with both companies' mission to empower the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry with AI solutions.

Founded by Rob Carpenter, Valiant AI offers professional voice-based AI customer service platforms for restaurants, while ConverseNow, led by CEO Vinay Shukla, provides AI-powered virtual ordering assistants for high-volume voice channels.

This acquisition will enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency in the QSR industry by combining AI capabilities.
