Cognigy, a Düsseldorf-based AI customer service automation firm, secured $100M in Series C funding.

The round was led by Eurazeo Growth, with Insight Partners, DTCP, and DN Capital participating.

Funds will enhance the development of Cognigy's AI platform and technology.

Founded in 2016, Cognigy uses conversational and generative AI to provide scalable customer service solutions. Notable clients include Bosch, Lufthansa, and Mercedes-Benz.
