Clio secures $900M at $3B valuation

Clio, a NYC-based legal tech company, secured US$900M in Series F funding.

NEA led the round with participation from Goldman Sachs, Sixth Street Growth, CapitalG, Tidemark, TCV, JMI Equity, T. Rowe Price, and OMERS.

Clio plans to use the funds to expand its multi-product platform, invest in AI, and enhance legal payments integration.

Founded by CEO Jack Newton, Clio provides cloud-based solutions for law firm management, used by over 100 law societies and bar associations worldwide.
