Cin7, a Denver, CO-based inventory and order management software provider, has acquired Inventoro, a Czech company specializing in AI-driven sales forecasting and replenishment optimization. The deal amount was undisclosed.

The acquisition will integrate Inventoro's AI capabilities into Cin7's platform, enhancing inventory management with advanced prediction and optimization tools.

Inventoro, led by CEO Tomas Formanek, offers algorithmic sales forecasting for SMBs, utilizing sophisticated AI to adapt to business needs for max accuracy. Cin7, under CEO Ajoy Krishnamoorthy, provides cloud-based inventory management, integrating with over 700 applications to streamline and scale operations.

Founded in 2012, Cin7 supports over 8,000 customers in 100+ countries, processing more than 125 million orders annually.
