Chloris Geospatial, based in Boston, MA, has secured an undisclosed investment from Cisco Foundation and NextSTEP.

New investors Cisco Foundation and NextSTEP join existing backers AXA IM Alts, Orbia Ventures, At One Ventures, and Counteract.

Funds will support Chloris Geospatial's commercial growth, enhancing its forest carbon tracking technology.

Under CEO Marco Albani, Chloris uses AI to offer forest carbon insights, aiding governments and communities in monitoring biomass dynamics and project impacts.

Adam Gibbon from AXA IM Alts joins the board to further drive the company's mission.
