Ceti secures $80M in NVIDIA hardware for AI expansion

ceτi AI, based in Vancouver, Canada, specializes in decentralized AI infrastructure and announced securing new high-performance computing (HPC) servers.

In a strategic move, ceτi AI has partnered with Cedarcross International Technologies, Inc. to acquire three additional HPC servers equipped with 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs, and has the option to purchase up to 200 more by Q3 2024. This agreement wraps up ceτi AI’s pilot installation, setting the stage for significant network expansion.

The new hardware is anticipated to elevate ceτi AI’s capabilities in AI application development. The servers, expected to be delivered within 45 days, will bolster the firm's infrastructure, essential for supporting institutional developers, independent researchers, and blockchain protocols.

CEO Dennis Jarvis highlighted the collaboration’s importance, citing unprecedented demand and the valuable partnership with Cedarcross. The expansion plan includes potential hyperscale data centers in Montreal, New Jersey, and Santa Clara, ensuring robust support for the growing AI industry.
