Bullhorn, a Boston-based staffing and recruitment software provider, has acquired Textkernel of Amsterdam. The deal's amount was not disclosed.

Textkernel, led by CEO Gerard Mulder and COO Guus Meijer, is renowned for its AI-powered recruitment solutions, serving more than 2,500 agencies globally.

This acquisition aligns with Bullhorn's AI strategy, enhancing talent-sourcing solutions for its clients worldwide. Bullhorn, supported by Stone Point Capital, Insight Partners, and Genstar Capital, has over 1,400 employees and 10,000 customers.

The combined efforts of Textkernel and Bullhorn aim to address talent acquisition challenges and drive business growth. This merger promises innovative solutions for the staffing industry.
