Bricklayer AI, an AI cybersecurity solution provider from McLean, VA, raised $2.5M in pre-seed funding.

The round included investments from Sovereign’s Capital, Dreamit Ventures, VIPC’s Virginia Venture Partners, BlueWing Ventures, and Blu Ventures, along with industry leaders.

Bricklayer AI plans to use the funds to enhance product development, focusing on creating Autonomous AI Specialists to bolster human experts in security operations.

Led by CEO Adam Vincent, the company has developed a platform where human SOC teams can leverage AI agents to run procedures and automate processes, enhancing efficiency and security.
